We are Commercial Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) providers
CEA - Commercial Energy Assessors has been established to serve the needs of commercial property owners, occupiers and agents, primarily in central southern England, to facilitate the introduction of the European Union and UK Governments legislation for the introduction of Energy Performance Certificates (EPC's).
EPC's are required on the sale or letting of most Non Domestic or commercial property types with effect from 1 October 2008. Please see our EPC link for more detailed information.
With a team of Energy Assessors based in central southern Hampshire, between Southampton and Portsmouth, we can provide an efficient competitive service for both commercial and residential property. Our operation is run by a team of Chartered Surveyors and thus we are well placed to provide associated property advice.
